Groundbreaking Ceremony of AGN Skyline's Casa Aura.
On January 3, 2026, AGN Skyline broke ground on Casa Aura in Dubai South. Mystic planned the ceremony, designed the venue, ran the day on-site, and took the story to the press.
The Moment Construction Began.
Casa Aura is a five-storey, low-rise residential development by AGN Skyline Real Estate Developments. It's built for family living, with modern apartments, community spaces, and practical amenities. The location is near Madinat Al Mataar, in one of Dubai South's fastest-growing residential districts. The groundbreaking marked the shift from plan to site. Director Abdul Ghaffar Butt represented AGN Skyline and performed the ceremonial groundbreaking alongside team members, partners, and guests. Remarks were brief and centered on the project's progress and the start of construction. The day kept the focus on quality building and transparent delivery.
